What’s the Holistic Physio Difference?

  1. You are a unique individual and your treatment is tailored to your individual condition. I ensure that what you get is specifically tailored to you and not a “one answer for all” solution.
  2. You are assessed & treated as a whole person. In addition to the physical manifestation of your symptoms, there may be underlying emotional, lifestyle & environmental factors that can contribute to your condition. All these factors are carefully considered and assessed to form your holistic diagnosis & treatment.
  3. Your symptoms may not be isolated to an area. I assess how these symptoms may relate to other parts of your body and treat accordingly.
  4. I don’t just treat your symptoms; I also treat the underlying cause of your symptoms.
  5. Your treatments are hands-on and one-on-one.
  6. Your treatment is conducted in an individual private room so your privacy is maintained at all times. You are not left in a curtain-drawn cubicle with many other patients in the same room. You don’t need to hear the other patients’ medical history and they don’t need to hear yours.
  7. You get the best from both worlds – East & West. I am a multi-skilled & experienced practitioner who combines & tailors a number of complementary therapies to your individual needs & providing you with a Holistic healing experience.
  8. I am professionally accredited in each of the areas I practice. I am accredited as a Physiotherapist, Acupuncturist & Chinese Herbalist, with each area recognised by the private health funds. This means that you’re not just getting a physiotherapist who does acupuncture (or dry needling) but is not recognised by the health funds because they haven’t completed a recognised course. I am amongst the few physiotherapists in Australia whose acupuncture degree is recognised by the health funds as being sufficient.
