What’s the Holistic Physio Difference?
- You are a unique individual and your treatment is tailored to your individual condition. I ensure that what you get is specifically tailored to you and not a “one answer for all” solution.
- You are assessed & treated as a whole person. In addition to the physical manifestation of your symptoms, there may be underlying emotional, lifestyle & environmental factors that can contribute to your condition. All these factors are carefully considered and assessed to form your holistic diagnosis & treatment.
- Your symptoms may not be isolated to an area. I assess how these symptoms may relate to other parts of your body and treat accordingly.
- I don’t just treat your symptoms; I also treat the underlying cause of your symptoms.
- Your treatments are hands-on and one-on-one.
- Your treatment is conducted in an individual private room so your privacy is maintained at all times. You are not left in a curtain-drawn cubicle with many other patients in the same room. You don’t need to hear the other patients’ medical history and they don’t need to hear yours.
- You get the best from both worlds – East & West. I am a multi-skilled & experienced practitioner who combines & tailors a number of complementary therapies to your individual needs & providing you with a Holistic healing experience.
- I am professionally accredited in each of the areas I practice. I am accredited as a Physiotherapist, Acupuncturist & Chinese Herbalist, with each area recognised by the private health funds. This means that you’re not just getting a physiotherapist who does acupuncture (or dry needling) but is not recognised by the health funds because they haven’t completed a recognised course. I am amongst the few physiotherapists in Australia whose acupuncture degree is recognised by the health funds as being sufficient.
